Order Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation Window:

• You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
• After this window, we may not be able to process your cancellation, as your order may have already been gone to the production for preparing or dispatched.

How to Cancel:

• Provide your order number and details so we can assist you promptly.

Cancellation Confirmation:

• Once customer place the request for cancellation of order the reference number issued & send by WhatsApp & email to the customer. Please keep this for your records.

Conditions for Cancellation & Replacement

• You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
• If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• A replacement will only be provided in cases where:
  
  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The products gets damaged in shipping due to fault of 3rd party local courier service then the customer should claim the 3rd party local courier service for products refund & they will be responsible.
  • 3rd party local courier service is uses for cities as below:
  • Abu Dhabi
    Al Ain
    Ras al Khaimah
    Fujaihra
    Umm al quwain
    The products gets damaged in shipping due to fault of our delivery driver then the customer should claim the by contacting us by WhatsApp 052 – 9764499 for products refund.
    Our delivery driver service is uses for cities as below:
    Dubai
    Sharjah
    Ajman
    The product is tampered.

Important Information

• Royal Desert Farm FZE does not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
• If a cancellation is not allowed beyond the stipulated timeframe, this policy is clearly communicated to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
