INTRODUCTION:
Colostrum is the milk produced during the first few days after birth. The early milk from mammals is called colostrum.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE:
Colostrum contains antibodies that provide protection to the newborn baby as well as nutrients and growth factors. Colostrum is filled with immunoglobins to boost your baby’s immune system and protect it from illness. Colostrum has two times as much protein. Colostrum has four times as much zinc. Colostrum is lower in fat and sugar so it’s easier to digest.
USAGE:
Traditionally colostrum milk is used to make sweet, as it tends to curdle when boiled. I made traditional sweet using that. It turned out pretty good.
STORAGE
Once the raw colostrum milk is received boil the milk immediately then cool down & keep in fridge the milk will last for 4 to 5 days approx in +2 +3 celcius.
