Malai is a full fat cream and 1gram of fat has 9 calories. So if we consider a tablespoon Malai is 15g than it will have 15 g of fat so it will have 135 calories.
STORAGE:
Always keep your malai covered. Either store it in an airtight container or use a lid to cover it properly. It can easily go on for 3-5 days without using used spoon. It can be freezed as well.
