Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Desert Farm FZE, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our dairy and non-veg products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Guidelines

Eligibility for Returns:

  • All food products which shows in this website once delivered so then returned request must be place within 20 minutes of delivery if product is spoiled, rotten or damaged from Royal Desert Farm FZE.A. If the products gets damaged in shipping due to fault of 3rd party local courier service then the customer should claim the 3rd party local courier service for products refund & they will be responsible.

    3rd party local courier service is uses for cities as below:

    .Abu Dhabi
    .Al Ain
    .Ras al Khaimah
    .Fujaihra
    .Umm al quwain

    B. If the products gets damaged in shipping due to fault of our delivery driver then the customer should claim the by contacting us by WhatsApp 052 – 9764499 for products refund.

    Our delivery driver service is uses for cities as below:

    .Dubai
    .Sharjah
    .Ajman

Non-Returnable Items:

    • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable items that have been opened or consumed.Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” cannot be returned.

       

    • Instructions for receiving the delivery of all products as below:
    • keep the cooler ice box
  • Due to any reason if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
  • Customers have to keep the cooler ice box with enough ice & water inside as per the order quantity on the corner of their door step.
  • So the delivery driver can keep the products inside the cooler ice box to keep in cool temperature & avoid the products gets spoiled or rotten by the hot or heat temperature. Royal Desert Farm FZE is not responsible if products gets spoiled or rotten because of customers not pick up the products for long time from cooler ice box.
  • When the products delivered on the given time slot & the customer is not available or answering the delivery driver calls or whatsapp so the delivery driver will be keep the products on the door step & send the pictures of products delivered & call history screen shot to customer & royal desert farm is not responsible for any return or exchange of the product if product is spoiled, rotten or damaged from customer delay for pick up the products.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at contact@royaldesertfarm.com or call +971 529 764 499. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your items.
  3. Shipping the Return: Package the items securely, including a copy of your order confirmation, and send them to the address provided by our customer support team.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will include the cost of the items returned but may exclude shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 20 minutes of delivery because it’s an food products. We will arrange for a replacement in yours area up coming delivery or we will refund you total order amount. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged item in your communication.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
  • If an order has already been shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation.

Exceptions

  • In rare cases where a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and process a full refund automatically.
