INTRODUCTION:
Colostrum is the milk produced during the first few days after birth. The early milk from mammals is called colostrum.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE:
Colostrum contains antibodies that provide protection to the newborn baby as well as nutrients and growth factors. Colostrum has two times as much protein. Colostrum has four times as much zinc. Colostrum is lower in fat and sugar so it’s easier to digest.
USAGE:
Traditionally colostrum milk is used to make sweet, as it tends to curdle when boiled. you can made traditional sweet using that. It turned out pretty good.
STORAGE
Once colostrum milk received boil the milk immediately then cool down in room temperature for sometimes & then keep in fridge the milk will last for 4 to 5 days approx in +2 +3 celcius in fridge.
