Water buffalo produce a milk with a much higher butter fat content than standard cows milk, making for a rich, flavoursome taste.

USAGE:
buffalo milk has a high nutritional value and is used to produce dairy products like butter, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE:
Buffalo milk is great for healthy bones, dental health and cardiovascular health. It is also a good source of minerals, such as magnesium, potassium and phosphorus.
Buffalo milk also has more vitamins and minerals. It provides 41% of the DV for phosphorus, 32% of the DV for calcium, 19% of the DV for magnesium, and 14% of the DV for vitamin A.
STORAGE:
Once the raw buffalo milk is received boil the milk immediately then cool down & keep in fridge without lid for 7 hours approx to get cream/ malai, the milk will last for 4 to 5 days approx in +2 +3 celcius
